- to accept a loan offer (if you wish to move forward with the loan offer, loan documents must be signed by the applicant-this will trigger a hard credit pull on the applicant)
- changes to the loan (if loan rate, term, or amount is changed you will need new documents sent to the applicant with the updated information)
