Funding Status Definitions

Need Docs Signed- The loan documents need to be signed by the applicant. (Sending and Signing Loan Documents)

Docs Signed Need Stips- The loan documents have been signed, but there is still an active stipulation required. (See Viewing and Uploading Stipulations) 

Clear to Order- We have received all required documentation to provide the applicant(s) with a loan. You can go ahead and order the job...when it is completed you can request funding. (Request Funding)

"clear to order":

• •  loan documents have been signed and completed by the applicants 
  • any stipulations have been satisfied
  • any required completion certificates have been satisfied (you may or may not need these)

Viewing Funding Status in the Dealer Portal

1. Go to "My Apps" and select your Queue as "Dealer Pipeline"

2. Your submitted applications will appear here and you can sort each column using the small arrows in the top header

3. When looking at an individual application the funding status can be viewed in the top right corner
