Common login issues and how to solve them
This is the link you use to access the lending portal:

Make sure you SEE the "Log In as Lender" Button on the screen.
If you see the "Log In as Dealer" button, you must click it to go to the dealer login page.
Company ID will always be: Pure659
Dealer Id is your company-wide number, if you do not know this contact dealerservices@purefinancegroup.com
Username was created for you if you do not know this contact dealerservices@purefinancegroup.com
Password is set by you. If you forget your password click the "Problems Logging In" and you will be sent an email to reset your password.
