What are pre verification verbals and how are they completed?
In some cases, a preverbal verification is required as a stipulation. This means that the homeowner will be called to verify their information for the loan after loan documents are signed.
If a Pre Verification Verbal Call is required for a loan, have the applicant call us directly at 410-401-4957 after they have signed their loan documents to complete the verification instantly. If the applicant does not reach out to us, they will receive a call to verify their loan details when loan documents are completed.
If a preverbal (verbal pre-verification) is a required stipulation for brokered loans, let the applicant know they should expect a phone call from the broker lender noted in the comments section of the approval email notification.
