Products and Inventory- Payments and Invoicing

You can create and store common products/ services to easily recall and add them to an invoice.

  • Navigate to the Invoices tab on your left panel.
  • Click on the Products button at the top right corner of the page

  • You can create categories and sub-categories before creating products.

  • Enter as many details as you wish for this product.
  • Click Create Product at the bottom of the page.

Inventory:

Minimum Quantity: minimum allowable amount

Current Quantity: inventory tracking, if you try to add more quantity to an invoice than you have available it will not be able to be added to the invoice.
