In order to create your own custom information fields follow these simple steps:
1. Go to Control Panel> Custom Feilds
2. Label/Create your custom field names
If you want this field information to be required when processing transactions, click the star icon to require this information
3. Click Save at the bottom right corner and you will now be able to use these custom fields in your portal
