If your loan decision has expired, you will need to recommit the application to move forward:
1. Click "Submit for Recommit" (the application will be re-evaluated and a new credit inquiry will be done)
3. If the loan is still approved after the re-commit, you will need to resend new loan documents to be signed by the applicant
