How Do I See If Loan Documents Have Been Signed?

Tracking the status of sent loan documents

Once loan documents have been sent, you can track the signature status of the package. 

Open the application, go to the "Contract Prep" tab and select the "E-Signing" tab

Applicant must sign before the application can be funded... find instructions here
