How to request stage funding.

How do I request Stage Funding?
There will be a new Stage Funding request section within the lending portal where company admins can submit your request once the loan is in Clear To Order status:

Is Stage Funding available for all projects?

No. Stage Funding availability depends on various factors, and the button will be disabled if it is not available for that loan. Brokered loans are not eligible for stage funding.

Is there a maximum Stage Funding amount? 

Yes. There is a maximum Stage Funding limit. This amount is set by the program and may be adjusted based on performance. 

When will I be funded?
 
After requesting stage funding, funds will be disbursed to your bank account within 24 hours pending right to cancel period is satisfied.
 

How much funding will I receive?

You will receive 30% of the total finance amount minus any applicable dealer fees

 

 

Customer Communication:

When does the customer begin making payments? 

Customer payments on the 30% of funded amount begin 30 days after the first stage funding disbursement. 

What notifications will customers receive?

At Stage Funding

  • The customer will receive text and email to notify them that their loan is being funded.
  • Customer will receive an additional text notifying them of their loan servicing account with payment details that include information to make or set up payments. 

At Final Funding

  • The customer will receive texts, emails, and calls at final funding to confirm the work was completed.
