Setting Up Convenience Fee For Credit Card Transactions

Adding a surcharge/ convenience fee to credit card payments

Add Surcharge for Invoice Template:

From the payment processing portal go to "Control Panel"> "Invoice Settings"

Go to the "Default Surcharge" Section and add the fee percentage you want for credit cards paid via invoice. 

Add Surcharge For Manually Entered Processing Transactions:

Click on "Transaction Settings"

Enter the convenience fee %

Now when you process a transaction, the fee will auto-populate and calculate
